Reflexology Garden Pavers stimulate and massage the soles of your feet and hits acupressure points that connect to various points in your body.

Generally speaking a reflexology path is a grouping of smooth and bumpy stones arranged pleasingly and embedded in concrete or sand.  The point is to massage the bottoms of your feet as if you were having a massage by a reflexologist.  It is not the same interactive experience as a reflexology session but you do not need an appointment and you can have Reflexology pavers in your yard or local community and try it out for short periods a few times a day or week.

I have created a way to put a A Reflexology Foot Path in your garden with little more effort than laying a path of garden pavers. You can have a wondering path or a meditation circle to walk around in.  You will enjoy the benefits in any configuration.  The Sea Shells have been carefully chosen and placed for even exposure to all your acupressure points.  They are made of concrete and sealed for years of protection.

. That direct pressure on your soles has a lot of health benefits that have been commonly accepted in parts of the world, especially Asia where it is appreciated enough to have public foot paths especially for this purpose.  This opinion is not new and you will it goes back thousands of years as a way to stay healthy, agile and energetic especially in seniors.

Initially you may experience pain and soreness. With repetition you will begin to overcome any discomfort and welcome both the initial stimulation but also the residual effects. Personally I enjoy that spine tingling feeling that lasts for hours. And hopefully my immune system is stimulated as well.

Public Reflexology Paths are hard to find.  I am hoping that my contribution makes them more popular so that the public can enjoy and be enlightened by this ancient practise.
